Refund Policy
Last updated January 2026
Digital goods can't be 'returned', but broken promises should be. This policy keeps refunds fair in both directions.
When we refund
The file is broken, corrupted, or won't download and we can't fix it.
The package is missing something explicitly promised on the product page under 'What's included'.
You were charged twice for the same product.
You purchased minutes ago by clear accident (e.g., duplicate checkout) and haven't downloaded the files.
When we don't refund
The files were downloaded and work as described and previewed. Every product is fully previewable before purchase — beats are audible, templates are visible — so 'not what I expected' is something we work hard to make impossible, but can't fully refund after download.
Licensing regret: the license shown on the product page is the license you receive.
How to request
Use the contact form on the Support page with your order number and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method.
